Rob Dyrdek is a reality star on MTV. He is also a former professional skateboarder, actor, producer, and entrepreneur. He has a net worth of millions of dollars. He is well known for his role in reality shows, which are “Rob & Big” and Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory,” and the last one of his reality shows is  “Ridiculousness.” As an entrepreneur, he founded several businesses through Dyrdek Machine, his venture studio. He also owns the Street League Skateboarding and Thrill One Media businesses.

Rob Dyrdek started his career as a professional skateboarder at 16 and gained success very early due to his creativity and skill. Dyrdek’s entrepreneurship was as innovative as his skateboarding. He first founded Street League Skateboarding (SLS), a major competition, in 2010. That SLS significantly elevated the professional skateboarding scene. He also has many more businesses besides skateboard gaming, such as clothing brands DC Shoes, Alien Workshop, and Rogue Status.

He is also a well-known personality due to his television career, where he utilized his charisma and knack for comedy. He was also cast in the reality shows “Rob & Big” and “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” on MTV, which became incredibly popular and ran for several seasons. He also hosted the viral video show “Ridiculousness,”  which showcases internet videos with Dyrdek’s commentary.

Early Life

Rob Dyrdek was born in Kettering, Ohio, on June 28, 1974. At the age of 11, he got his first skateboard from pro skateboarder Neil Blender. In school, he thought about all the tricks he would try out later. After his school life, he practiced unstoppable. He returned home when his parents called him in for the night. After his hard work and much practice, he was sponsored at the age of 12 and began his pro-skateboarding career. At the age of 16, he left his home to become a professional skateboarder in Southern California.

Career

After moving to California, Dyrdek began to ride in DC shoes. He was sponsored by DC Shoes till 2016. Silver Truck, Monster Energy, and EA Skate have also hosted him. Rob Dyrdek is a hard worker and founded the Street League Skateboarding competition in 2010. SLS competition grew internationally with a $1.6 million prize. The competition focuses on Rob’s documentary named “The Motivation.” Premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2013.

“Rob & Big,” a great show, ran for three seasons on MTV, with more than 30 episodes. That show was produced from November 2006 to April 2008. One of his shows, “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory,” ran for seven seasons with 70 episodes in February 2009. Then this turned into Fantasy Factory, which features a foam pit, a large indoor skate plaza, Dyrdek’s office, and a parking garage, and it also contains a large and perfect basketball hoop. Dyrdek opened his first SafeSpot SkateSpot during his first season. He has 21 individual World Records in skateboarding records, which he creates individually.

Dyrdek first appears in the movie “Jackass 3.5.” He also started a new show on MTV which was called “Ridiculousness” in 2011. He also created a documentary in 2012 named “Waiting for Lightning” which was on his friend Danny Way who was also a well-trained skateboard player.

He produced his show “Ridiculousness” and the CMT series “The Dude Perfect Show” through his production company.

Personal Life

Rob proposed to her girlfriend, Playboy Playmate Bryiana Noelle Flores, at Disneyland in April 2015. They married in 2015 after their first date. They have two children: a son and a daughter son named Kodah Dash who was born in 2016 and her daughter, Nala Ryan who was born in 2017.
